About the Position

The Senior Account Manager develops and coordinates profitable growth across seven Arbor Metals Inc. branches. The position personally pursues the largest potential manufacturing customers and serves as the primary day-to-day commercial and customer service contact for assigned major accounts.

This role manages customer engagement and fulfillment coordination, drawing on branch resources for order entry, production, logistics, and operational execution. The position connects customer requirements with the company’s material supply and manufacturing capabilities to develop competitive solutions and recurring manufacturing programs.

The position operates in a matrix structure. Branch sales representatives continue to report to their Branch Managers, and organizational account ownership remains with the branches.
